We are empty nesters who were looking to move from the suburbs of  Wheatfield, NY to the City of Buffalo. We met Tim when we made an appointment to see a carriage house he was selling. Right off the bat we got a good feeling about him so when we decided to put our house on the market we hired him on as our agent. Tim spent hours with us on our search for the right property in the city From the home sale side he was very pro-active in getting our house on the market. He provides a consult with a stager and a professional photographers. What a difference those pictures made. t was a pleasure to work with Tim! If I could I would give him more than 5 stars. My husband wanted to sell the house himself. What a mistake that would have been. Tim was there before with advice as to how to best show the potential of the house. When an emergency occurred just before closing he was calm and kept me calm.
